Stories and pictures for children can be magical; not only feeding and stimulating the imagination but also to comfort, challenge, relate.
Is it possible to create a whole curriculum for children's learning through the medium of stories and pictures.
Science, maths, ICT, music, geography all subjects could be connected by following the ideas suggested in the stories or pictures, letting the child's imagination run and scaffolding their learning to achieve enjoyable, stimulating and child led!
